They actually come to survey house first, go through what we want which no other company do,no hidden costs on fitting day. Karen is so quick at responding and Niall who fitted our charger today was amazing and experianced , we wanted ours at side of house, other company's said they could not do that and wanted to stick it in our porch off fuse board... to make it easy for them!!!! . Niall and his assistant did the cleanest job and very helpful with any questions we had. Thankyou, would highly recommend to anyone . B. ★★★★★ Electric Car Charger Ireland were recommended to by a colleague. From the initial contact to fitting they were helpful and straightforward with and questions or queries. Unfortunately I had to cancel appointments on two occasions. New appointments were supplied without any fuss on their side.There were the only company to send someone to the house to do the survey. This assured me that there would be no added costs which is quite important. I had gotten quotes ranging from €1330 to €1750 from submitting online information to other companies. ECCI quote was €1362. And this is what I paid on completion (Zappie tethered)The two chaps that did the installation arrived on time. They explained the process and said it would take about 3 hours and ensured I was happy with each stage of the fitting. They were true to their word. Done and dusted on the 3 hours. Couldn't be happier that I chose Electric Car Charger Ireland, over a very well known national electric company that has outsourced the actual delivery of installing their electric car charger to another contractor (beware....). This company are very professional, came out and did the initial survey, by clearly an experienced electrician, took all the images and reviewed the situation as I live in a 1960s house. Quote came through almost immediately, and date booked in. Guys arrived early to start the works, very professional and friendly service, tidied up after themselves and boxed in some of the wiring nicely, all paperwork electronic so making applying for the SEAI grant and claiming the money back seamless. Also great to know that they are locally owned and run nearby so if there are any issues, I can follow-up direct with them. The quote may initially seem a few euro higher than others, but it includes all anticipated works on an electrician led survey, so there are no hidden surprises on the day of installation.
